Motivation
You know enough to attain a healthy weight, but is knowledge alone enough? The most important ingredient is motivation.

All eatfit consultants must complete a Psychologist led eatfit motivation course. In order to create long-term lifestyle change weekly support is essential.

During these sessions you will work on creating a plan and progress towards it each week. We don’t push or point – we pull, we are on your side. Your consultant will always be positive, realistic, supportive and non judgmental.
