![]() Nadine, - “I have more energy” “I was never unhappy about my weight as I knew that I was carrying a good level of fitness and my fitness was of more interest to me. eatfit showed me that if I was lighter my fitness would improve and I would move faster with a good power to weight ratio. I used to eat two pieces of toast for breakfast but I would feel hungry again when I got to work. Now I eat a proper breakfast that fills me up for the day. The other big change I have made is eating properly after training. I used to think that if I trained hard I could eat anything and it wouldn't affect my weight and performance. Eating appropriately for my training gives me more energy and I am able to recover quickly. Without post-workout hunger I now do not overeat at dinner time. Even though I wasn't focusing on my weight I can now fit into size 10 clothes, it has been more than a few years since I was that size! So even though performance was my focus eatfit has certainly had a number of benefits. I have more energy, I can wear nice clothes and it is definitely nice to get regular compliments about the results I have achieved. Life these days is pretty good. I look better, feel better and my sporting performance has improved indefinitely. IT IS a lot easier to run when you are 10 kilos lighter! I'm pleased that my trainer suggested I have a consultation with eatfit as it was not something I have would have searched for voluntarily.
